I really enjoyed my stay here! Everything was great, and the location couldn't have been better. the staff was very professional throughout my time there, which made the experience even nicer. Plus, it was just about 0.5 km from the airport! 😊.

The place is incredibly beautiful and impressive and has stunning location on a leafy square near the lake. The superior king room is brand-new with air-conditioning, separate bedroom, a large bed. Excellent service and the food is outstanding! Pool area is great, greatly enjoyed this place. The wine bar makes the mixed drinks.

the location and the whole property is great, the renovation well done and the wellness area is fabulous
The staff behaves still like in communist time. You get backside room _ even premium booked- when a seminar takes place. They take the good breakfast buffet at 10 am away without asking, even you can come till 10am! service is not customer oriented at all, evidently no service training

The building and its location is really exceptional, A truely beautiful location on two sides of a squre, with shaded walkways between the hotel and the lakeside
In spite of its appearance this is not a four star hotel, no porterage, no room service and the quality of the evening meal was dreadful

The location was central
This was the starngest hotel I have ever stayed in!!! . . .room 230.....there was a bath but no taps!! The bed was situated so as the door/window wouldnt open, and you could easily reach into the bathroom at the other side. There was no room to acces the bad -from either side. The bed sheet was too small. The television had no English speaking channels. There was an adjoining room with an occasional table and two chairs. . . but nothing else!!! There was only one bedside table. Amazingly the reception staff didnt seem to think any of these issues were worth addressing, and couldnt even manage an apology. 4stars? I dont think so. and at 140 euros it represented very poor value for money. We checked out a day early.

The pool area and dining hall, location was great, reception staff were lovely, a really nice hotel. Just a couple of things let it down for us mentioned below
The shower door did not close, the shower was loose on the wall. The soap dispensers needed to be filled. The big one was the cleaner. She did not knock and tried to enter our room between 8am on 10am whilst we were in bed, this left us feeling very uncomfortable and we had to put as suitcase and chair against the door. We also had twin beds which I did not expect

It is right in the middle of the town center but a bit far from the train station. Just right at the seaside where the area is very pleasent and relax. Hotel is very clean, big and very comfortable. THe spa is execellant, even it is not much going on the seaside during winter time, it is also good to stay in the spa. Price is a bit high, but worth for a stay. Breadfast is execellant!! Will definitely introduce to friends!
